So the game has been out for a few months now and although pwning n00bs will never get old, the burning question on everyone’s mind is when will the first map pack become available to the public? (Check out out update here)

Fortunate enough for us addicts out there, the new maps finally have a release date: March 30th for the Xbox 360 and April 30th for the PS3 (from an Infinity Ward tweet. It’s also on the Infinity Ward site here). The cost of the pack will almost certainly be the same or simlar to previous map packs: 1200 Microsoft gamer points (~$15). A relatively small price to pay for the hours of pwnage you will enjoy (unless your a camping n00b).
The real question is what will be the content of these maps? Although nothing has been officially confirmed it is rumoured that there will be updated versions of several COD 4 maps being re-released. Among a few of the all time favourites likely to be included:
Vacant
Strike
Crash
Backlot
Shipment
Along with these maps it is highly likely we will see a few entirely creations, which may or may not be based on the campaign gameplay. Some of the missions we feel may possibly be altered for use in multiplayer:
Exodus
The Gulag
The only easy day…was yesterday
Whatever the final products may be, we can be sure that they will not disappoint. I personally will be purchasing this pack asap and spending MANY hours playing it. And lets face it, if you have read this far into my article, you will too. Now stop reading and get gaming!

Exodus level would be awesome … the suburbs were the best part of the single player campaign so it would make sense to put in the multiplayer section as well
haha beast cant wait for backlot to come back =D i had a 57 killstreak on that map so i guess i can easily nuke the shit out of that map. ooh beastin time!!!
In my opinion i quite liked the battery level on cod 5. one of the best i think and that is from the experience of playing cod 1 to 6
